About This Project

Leeds’ new retail destination Kirkstall Bridge Shopping Park opened on Friday 30th October 2015. We acted as the Client Project and Tenant Liaison Managers on this £40 million scheme, coordinating the demolition of the original store and delivering 120,000 sq ft of quality retail and leisure space for LondonMetric Property.

Retailers include Home Bargains, Costa, Marks and Spencer Foodhall, Outfit, Peacocks, Pets at Home, JD Sports, Trespass, Card Factory, Cancer Research, Smyths Toys, Lloyds Pharmacy and Specsavers; alongside gym operator Pure Gym.

We are well suited to negotiating the challenges presented in delivering this retail and leisure development. Continuous, constructive dialogue between all parties alongside our experience and knowledge of the planning, design, procurement and construction phases mean the development was on budget and on programme in achieving scheme opening.
