Fronting the A500 with almost immediate access to both the A50 and M6, Campbell Road has been redeveloped into two industrial distribution units, accommodating Michelin Tyres UK head office and commercial headquarters. 

Our roles as Client Project Manager, Employer’s Agent and Tenant Manager began with the management of the asbestos removal and demolition of the existing building, complex works which took a year to complete and left the site with basements filled ready for development. 

The two new industrial distribution units now complete, offer exceptional national logistics capabilities for incoming tenants. The first of the units, let to Michelin Tyres on a 15-year lease, provides a major upgrade for their Stoke-on-Trent logistic operations and incorporates their UK HGV tyre distribution facility. The second unit, built speculatively, offers potential occupiers a 141,121 sq ft logistics warehouse with parking spaces for 43 HGVs and 144 cars. Both units are built to BREEAM ‘Very Good’.

We are delighted to deliver with the Project Team this successful project, which has regenerated the site providing a commercially viable and sustainable industrial/ distribution offer.
